Catalyst Networks

Legal

Legal, privacy, and support scope.

This page summarizes the current operating boundaries for Catalyst Networks. It is not a substitute for a signed order, invoice, statement of work, or negotiated agreement.

Terms and service scope

Catalyst offers self-hosted software, managed hosting, and scoped implementation help. Production services, paid pilots, and custom support terms are governed by the written order, invoice, or statement of work accepted for that engagement.

Privacy and data handling

Managed requests collect the information needed to respond to the inquiry, such as name, work email, company, expected nodes or sites, timeline, and notes submitted by the requester.

Support expectations

Early managed pilots use scoped response expectations rather than a blanket public SLA. Formal SLA language is only available for dedicated or custom managed deployments when agreed in writing.

Network operations boundary

Managed Catalyst plans can include lighthouses for discovery. Customer traffic relays are customer-operated by default unless a custom enterprise scope says otherwise.

Before paid production use

Paid production work should confirm the customer, scope, support expectations, payment terms, provisioning trigger, and any special security or compliance review needs before access is provisioned.
